*key responsibilities*- lead the operations management team, including production and maintenance.
- ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance meet targets.
- drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, and waste elimination.
- monitor supply chain processes from raw materials to shipping.
- collaborate with planning and product line management teams.
- support new product introductions and manage production budgets.
- conduct gemba walks and establish performance objectives.experiência y requisitos- minimum 5 years of experience as an operations or production manager.
- bachelor's degree in manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
- bilingual in english and spanish- proficient in ms office and knowledge of mrp/erp systems.
