treasury manager – mexico city – hybridare you a treasury leader with regional experience and a strong focus on liquidity and financial governance? We're seeking a hands-on professional to lead regional treasury and ar/ap operations, optimize cash flow, manage banking relationships, and strengthen financial discipline across entities in mexico and beyond. manage the daily cash position and liquidity across all regional legal entities, ensuring funds are available for operations.# develop, update, and monitor short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow projections to support financial planning and decision-making.# coordinate and supervise local and international payments with controls, accuracy, and proper prioritization of disbursements.# manage the operating relationship with banks and financial institutions (accounts, banking platforms, signatories, lines of credit, and related services).# define, implement, and monitor treasury policies, processes, and controls to ensure proper fund management and strong financial governance.# lead credit and collections policy, including defining, reviewing, and monitoring credit limits, payment terms, and client credit exposure.# oversee accounts receivable to ensure timely collections, reduce delinquent balances, and improve cash conversion.# degree: finance, accounting, business administration, actuarial science, industrial engineering, or related field.# experience: minimum 5 years in treasury with emphasis on:
· corporate treasury, cash management or finance.· multinational operations and multiple legal entities.· bank relationship management, payments, cash flow, and working capital.· credit and collections policies.· accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.· regional experience and process standardization is desirable.
