* providing expert support and guidance to the supply chain & planning team on sap functionalities.
* identifying and resolving sap‑related issues to ensure operational efficiency.
* collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance sap system usage.
* training team members on sap best practices and new functionalities.
* ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance in the sap system.
* developing and maintaining documentation for sap processes and workflows.
