what we're looking for
we seek highly proactive, disciplined, and consistent professionals, naturally collaborative, who put kindness, integrity, and the buyer's best interest first. Someone who thrives in a team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting others, with strong sales skills and a proven ability to close.
you should have excellent phone and communication skills in english, both spoken and written. Being fluent in additional languages such as french or german will be highly valued. You're comfortable using the latest sales technology and crm tools, attentive to detail, and capable of maintaining impeccable follow-up with clients. A computer is required, and ideally, your own car as well.

we support you from day one, providing training and assistance in obtaining your real estate license. You'll focus exclusively on the commercial side, while marketing and closings are handled by the agency.
