objective:
coordinate the department's operation and compliance with internal policies and regulations, decision-making, conflict management, and metrics monitoring.
responsibilities:
monitoring department metrics.
coordination with naps legal department for managing labor issues, agreements, lawsuits, etc.
drafting, updating, and aligning hr policies and procedures for application in other areas.
monitoring the training of new department staff.
responsibility for indirect personnel hiring follow-ups (requisitions, proposals, offers, dc3, and system enrollment).
responsible for updating job descriptions.
contract terminations due to rit violations or end of term periods.
monitoring leaders and supervisors for proper rit application and complaints system usage.
coordinating the annual motivational events program activities.
execution and follow-up of the annual training, instruction, and productivity plan.
participation and preparation for audits such as ctpat, human rights, or others.
ensuring services for employees, such as transportation and cafeteria.
liaison and follow-up with the company union.
monitoring and reviewing service contracts with various department providers.
participation and follow-up on projects, career plans, social forecasting, and continuous hr improvement.

essential requirements:
at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
fluency in english for conversations with colleagues.
experience using tress system.
a degree in business administration, labor relations, industrial engineering, psychology, or a related field.
intermediate excel skills.
