🧭 Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a strategic HR partner to the site leadership team, aligning talent initiatives with business goals.
* Lead the implementation of HR programs in collaboration with global Centers of Excellence.
* Drive organizational change, internal communications, and performance management initiatives.
* Coach and develop leaders on talent management, employee relations, and organizational culture.
* Manage labor relations, including union negotiations and compliance with local labor laws.
* Foster a respectful, inclusive, and development-oriented workplace culture.
🧠 Ideal Candidate Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (HR certification preferred).
* 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in employee/labor relations or as an HRBP.
* Experience in industrial and/or corporate environments with matrix structures.
* Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and union relations practices.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
