key responsibilities:
* support clients in managing their social performance, stakeholder engagement and human rights challenges.
* lead and contribute to social due diligence processes, stakeholder engagement plans and assessments in line with national regulations and international standards.
* perform fieldwork activities including stakeholder engagement, consultations and information gathering to support social baselines and impact assessments.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in sociology, anthropology, social work or related discipline.
* at least 3 years of professional experience in social performance, community engagement and/or human rights.
* strong ability to prepare professional presentations, decks and reports that support stakeholder engagement and decision-making.
