responsibilities
* lead siop (demand forecast, material forecast)
* tracking customer shipment dates
* prioritizing customer drop-in orders
* liaise with customer and isc for missed deliveries
* execute transnorm n.a. Revenue plan (sro)
* operational process improvements
* prioritization of site ve/ce projects
* margin expansion
manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction by
* acting as the business focal point for customer escalations
* presenting customer-specific operational data on a quarterly basis
* leading and presenting rcca using six‑sigma/lean tools to prevent udo recurrences
qualifications
must have
* minimum of 5 years of experience in a business management, program management or operations role.
* strong understanding of operational processes and strategies.
* excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
* proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
