*what you'll be doing*:
- lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and strategic roles across countries.
(canada, us, mexico, panama, argentina & chile)- partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define needs and advise on best hiring practices.

- promote axa partners' employer brand and inclusive hiring approach through every interaction.
- leverage data and insights to refine processes and deliver measurable impact on hiring outcomes.
- contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition team.
*what you'll bring*:
- proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple geographies or business areas.
- fluent in english.
- comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and managing complex recruitment assignments.
- excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and cultures.
- strong analytical mindset with experience using ats and hr tools (icims advantageous).
