what you’ll do
* run virtual consultations with leads who are actively seeking insurance information
* follow our fully scripted presentation designed to convert appointments into policies
* offer tailored life insurance solutions (including mortgage protection, final expense, etc.)
* submit e-applications and follow up on pending business
* maintain crm activity and client communication
* plug into ongoing training, leadership calls, and team meetings
active life insurance license (required)
* proven experience in insurance sales preferred
* strong communicator who can follow a script with confidence
* goal-driven, coachable, and accountable in a remote work environment
* tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and crms
