responsibilities:
- develop relevant strategies grounded in a deep understanding of our target audience, particularly players within the latam gaming community. - translate player insights and market trends into impactful campaigns, content, and engagement initiatives that resonate with gamers. - build and manage vibrant player communities across key platforms (e.g., facebook, instagram, tiktok, discord), fostering authentic engagement and brand affinity. - identify and empower community leaders and influencers (kols) to drive content creation, events, and conversations that energize the player base. - collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute product launches, live campaigns, and community activations — ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand identity. - track and analyze campaign performance, community feedback, and platform data to continuously refine strategies and improve results. - act as the voice of the player within the organization, ensuring feedback loops are in place and player needs are reflected in marketing and community plans. - stay up to date on gaming trends, social media behavior, and competitive activity, using these insights to inform decision-making and innovation.
requirements:
- bachelor’s degree in any field. - deep passion for gaming and a strong understanding of gaming culture, especially within the latam player community. - excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. - highly proactive, solutions-oriented, and organized, with the ability to manage projects and timelines effectively in a fast-paced environment. - experience in community management, social media engagement, or influencer coordination is highly desirable. - strong grasp of digital content trends and social media platforms (e.g., tiktok, discord, instagram), including best practices for engagement and reach. - comfortable working with data and performance metrics to inform decisions and optimize campaigns. - experience in coordinating cross-functional projects and managing large groups or external partners is a strong plus. - a creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership. - fluency in english (spoken and written) is required.
