Position Overview
The One Stream Architect is responsible for designing and implementing innovative, scalable One Stream solutions that meet complex client needs. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to guide delivery teams through all phases of a project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture and solution design for One Stream implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with best practices
- Collaborate closely with Project Leads, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both functional and technical requirements
- Own the quality and integrity of the One Stream application design, including data integration, workflow, security, and reporting components
- Provide mentorship and guidance to delivery team members to elevate their technical skills
- Support pre-sales efforts by providing solution architecture expertise during scoping, demos, and proposal development
- Stay current on One Stream capabilities, Market Place solutions, and industry trends to bring innovative ideas to client solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience with One Stream or equivalent CPM/EPM platforms (Hyperion, Cognos, Tagetik)
- Proven track record of leading One Stream architecture for large, complex, multi-entity implementations
- Expertise in One Stream design, metadata, workflow, business rules, and data integration methods
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- One Stream Certified Architect (OCA) required
