about the role
we're looking for an electrical engineer with strong hands‑on design experience to join a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on industrial and manufacturing projects. This role is design‑heavy, ideal for someone who enjoys deep technical work, collaborating across disciplines, and delivering high‑quality, code‑compliant electrical designs for complex facilities.
responsibilities
* develop electrical design drawings and specifications for industrial facilities.
* design power distribution, lighting, grounding, and control systems.
* perform load calculations, voltage‑drop analysis, short‑circuit and fault‑current studies.
* coordinate designs with architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and process teams.
* produce detailed autocad electrical and/or revit deliverables.
* ensure compliance with nec, nfpa 70e, nfpa 79, and u.s. electrical codes.
* review rfis, submittals, and incorporate client standards.
* support junior engineers and cad technicians when needed.
requirements
* bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
* 5–10 years of professional electrical design experience.
* background in industrial or manufacturing environments (non‑residential).
* u.s. electrical code experience is mandatory.
* advanced english communication skills (written & verbal).
* autocad electrical (mandatory), revit mep (preferred or willingness to learn).
* electrical system analysis & coordination studies.
* familiarity with transformers, switchgear, mccs, panelboards.

about the role
the us payroll specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of multi‑client payroll, ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role works closely with the payroll manager and accounting team, maintains audit‑ready records, and provides excellent client communication and support.
responsibilities
* process payroll for multiple clients, including timesheets, wage rates, commissions, reimbursements, and adjustments.
* calculate wages, benefits, tax deductions, garnishments, and related items with precision.
* prepare and process direct deposits and paychecks.
* maintain and update employee payroll records within cloud‑based payroll systems.
* manage federal, state, and local payroll tax withholdings and ensure timely compliance.
* prepare and file quarterly and annual payroll tax reports.
* support year‑end processing, including w‑2 and w‑2c forms.
* maintain and update tax rates within payroll systems.
* perform payroll reconciliations and review reports for accuracy.
* investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to client inquiries.
* keep organized, audit‑ready documentation and thorough payroll records.
* collaborate with internal accounting staff and professionally communicate with clients.
requirements
* u.s. payroll experience is mandatory.
* 3+ years of payroll processing experience required.
* experience handling payroll for multiple clients simultaneously is a strong plus.
* comfortable communicating directly with clients on payroll matters.
* familiarity with irs regulations is helpful.
