Kids club coordinator
*what will i be doing?*
as an kids club coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating, promoting, publicizing and facilitating:
- develop and implement a schedule of age-appropriate activities and games.
- supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the kids club area.
- communicate effectively with parents regarding their children’s participation and needs.
- train and guide kids club staff to deliver high-quality service and activities.
- monitor inventory of supplies and request replenishment as needed.
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
*what are we looking for?*
- previous experience working with children in hospitality, education, or recreational settings.
- strong organizational and leadership skills.
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- ability to create a fun and engaging atmosphere for children of different ages.
- cpr and first aid certification (preferred).
- fluent in english; additional languages are a plus.
