Service delivery expert
we are seeking an experienced service delivery expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
* client relationship management: as the main point of contact, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, manage expectations, and identify opportunities for improvement.
* demand fulfillment: you will work with clients to anticipate resource needs and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill these demands efficiently.
* performance oversight: regularly engage with consultants to monitor their performance and provide support and guidance to ensure they meet or exceed performance expectations.
* cross-functional collaboration: coordinate with internal departments to maintain high-quality service delivery and meet client demands.
required skills and qualifications
* languages: fluency in both english and spanish is mandatory.
* experience: 10+ years in service delivery or account management roles, ideally within the technology sector.
