This position is remote and open to all candidates, but you are required to visit our offices in cdmx or gdl on the first day (expenses covered by you). Key responsibilities portfolio & client management: oversee daily operations and serve as the primary advisor to a portfolio of community association boards. Strategic leadership: develop and execute strategic plans, annual budgets, and provide actionable reports to drive community success. Financial stewardship: manage all financial aspects, including budgeting, variance analysis, vendor payments, and collections. Vendor & project management: lead vendor selection, contract negotiation, and oversee community projects from conception to completion. Team leadership: mentor and support staff to foster a high‑performing and collaborative team environment. Compliance & risk: ensure full compliance with governing documents and legal standards while implementing effective risk‑management strategies. Work schedule monday to friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (mexico city time). Daylight saving: 6:30 am – 3:00 pm (mexico city time). Requirements excellent written and spoken english. 3 years of experience in community association management or property management. Experience in finance. Advanced excel skills.
