our client is seeking a ux & journey manager to optimize end-to-end user experience and drive conversion across digital touchpoints.
this role plays a critical part in the growth engine, ensuring that acquisition, activation, and retention funnels are seamless, intuitive, and high-performing. The focus is not just on design, but on measurable impact—reducing friction, improving user flows, and increasing conversion rates.
the ideal candidate combines ux expertise with a strong understanding of funnels, user behavior, and performance optimization, and is comfortable working in a data-driven, fast-paced environment.
responsibilities
journey design & optimization
- design and optimize end-to-end user journeys across acquisition, activation, and retention
- map user flows and identify friction points across digital touchpoints
- continuously improve conversion funnels through iterative testing and optimization
ux
- lead the design and enhancement of digital experiences across web and mobile
- ensure intuitive navigation, usability, and consistency across platforms
- apply ux best practices to improve engagement, retention, and conversion
conversion & performance
- analyze user behavior to identify drop-offs and optimization opportunities
- partner with growth and marketing teams to improve funnel performance
- run experiments (a/b tests) to validate ux improvements and measure impact
behavioral analysis & insights
- leverage tools like hotjar, clarity, and similar platforms to understand user behavior
- translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations
- support personalization efforts by identifying key user segments and behaviors
cross-functional collaboration
- work closely with product, marketing, crm, and data teams
- align ux improvements with broader growth and digital strategies
- collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to execute improvements
requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in ux, product design, or digital experience roles
- mid-senior profile with a hybrid mindset (strategy + execution)
- proven experience optimizing digital journeys and conversion funnels
- strong understanding of user behavior, usability, and performance-driven design
- proficiency in figma (wireframing, prototyping, design systems)
- experience with behavioral analytics tools such as hotjar, microsoft clarity, or similar
- familiarity with a/b testing and conversion rate optimization methodologies
- understanding of digital ecosystems (web, mobile, crm-driven journeys)
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ability to translate data and insights into actionable ux improvements
- results-oriented mindset with a focus on conversion, engagement, and retention
- strong collaboration and communication skills
