About the role
we’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical income auditor to join a fast-paced, data-driven finance team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring revenue accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and supporting financial operations across multiple regions. responsibilities
* 🔍 conduct daily audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* 💳 verify revenue streams, including bookings and third-party commissions.
* 🔄 perform bank reconciliations and review payment records.
* 📊 analyze large datasets to identify discrepancies and trends.
* 🧾 prepare monthly and ad-hoc financial reports.
* 🤝 collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
* ⚙️ identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure compliance.
qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in income auditing, accounting, or revenue management.
* background in hospitality or short-term rentals is a plus.
* bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, hospitality, or related field (preferred).
* experience with otas (airbnb, booking, etc.) is a plus.
* advanced microsoft excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
* experience with property management systems (pms).
* strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* analytical and problem-solving mindset.
* proactive and resourceful.
* ability to work independently and under pressure.
* effective communication and collaboration skills.
