become a strategic business partner in the creation of stakeholder value by leveraging data to deliver insightful, timely, and accurate information and recommendations that lead to customer-centric improvements in the operation of didi's delivery business in mexico.
role responsibilities enhancing data visibility
* collaborate with the cx team and other internal stakeholders to understand their data needs, under the guidance of the team leader.
* design and develop reports and alert systems to improve access to key business information.
* continuously refine and update reports to align with evolving business requirements.
document insights & best practices
* conduct training sessions to help users leverage reports for business insights and foster a data-driven decision-making culture.
* support business process teams and other stakeholders by integrating user manuals and documentation to ensure proper report usage.
* gain hands‐on experience with business intelligence tools (sql, python, excel, dashboards creators) to generate insights.
* assist bi team members in qualitative research and analysis to better understand the voice of the customer.
* observe and learn from experienced bi team members to understand best practices in data analysis and reporting.
* support the team in organizing and preparing datasets for analysis.
role qualifications
* interest in roles providing data-driven insights to organizations (business intelligence, business analytics, business consulting).
* preferred background: active student of a bachelor in engineering, mathematics, finance, economics, actuary and other affine disciplines.
