cimmyt is seeking a professional for the position of digital analyst.
the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in digital communications, social media strategy, or content development, with a proven track record of managing digital campaigns and platforms in international organizations. Additionally, they should have demonstrated success in coordinating cross-regional communications.
key responsibilities:
1. develop an operational plan aligned with cimmyt's communications and strategy.
2. execute donor communications plans in collaboration with the donor relations and fundraising services team.
3. coordinate and implement digital media strategies for executive team communications.
4. oversee the creation of high-quality content for websites and social media.
5. create and manage engaging content for diverse digital platforms.
6. maintain and execute content calendars for consistent posting and engagement.
7. execute digital communication plans related to media relations.
8. design, launch, and manage social and digital campaigns to meet strategic objectives.
9. produce reports analyzing kpis to measure digital platform effectiveness.
10. update website content and optimize for search engines.
11. implement seo and sem strategies to enhance digital presence.
12. analyze website performance and implement improvements for user experience and conversions.
