the primary responsibility of the sales manager will be to develop and maintain relationships with key clients across mexico and north america, focusing on the 3c electronics and home appliance sectors.
key responsibilities:
1. market strategy & business development: develop and execute sales strategies and market expansion plans to drive growth in the consumer electronics, home appliances, mobile phones, computers, and peripheral device segments.
2. customer relationship management: serve as the primary contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular client visits, business negotiations, and technical discussions.
3. solution selling & project management: collaborate with internal technical teams to lead new project quotation (rfq), solution design, and feasibility assessment, ensuring a smooth transition from sample development to mass production that meets client requirements on time, quality, and cost.
4. sales targets & market insights: achieve assigned sales and profit targets by continuously monitoring trends in the 3c electronics and home appliance industries, tracking competitor movements, and providing frontline insights for strategic decisions.
