* 1 year of experience providing customer follow-up in air import and export operations .
* fluent english (spoken and written) – mandatory.
* solid knowledge of customs procedures, permits, regulations, shipment documentation, preparation of invoices, certificates, letters, and file management.
* familiarity with document review processes, cargo release, response times, and coordination with operational areas.
* ability to monitor flight status, cargo movement, deliveries, and pending documentation .
* experience using platforms, portals, and systems related to air traffic and logistics .
* excellent communication skills with clients, airlines, customs brokers, and internal teams .
* availability to work rotating shifts and days off .
* strong customer service orientation, organization skills, and ability to work under pressure.
