duties and responsibilities:
* excellent communication skills in both english and spanish
* must have property management or leasing experience
* will need to support dpm and relation's manager in customer service activities
* will need to define and track owner escalations to the relations manager
* will need to monitor asset management statuses, leasing and renewal status/plan for the owner, and eviction status.
* process security deposit reconciliation/tenant chargebacks on move-outs
* monitor leasing status/plan for owner
* monitor eviction status
* will need to monitor monthly owner reports
* oversee & manage field tech schedules
* move-in inspections and vacancy checks
* will problem solve for both clients and residents
