drive the renewal of oracle's contracts with existing customers.
responsibilities
1. responsible for timely renewals for medium-sized customers in the assigned territory.
2. educate customers on business practices and contractual implications.
3. ensure customer awareness of oracle's portfolio elements.
4. meet productivity expectations on outbound calls for renewals.
5. manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay renewals.
6. identify and transfer leads to sales representatives for top-tier opportunities.
7. accurately forecast business targets and opportunities within the territory.
