Senior accounting leadership role
we are seeking an experienced and dynamic senior accounting professional to lead our accounting service centre in the region.
this is a critical role that requires strategic thinking, financial expertise, and strong leadership skills. The successful candidate will oversee various functions including general ledger, closing & reporting, fixed assets, and more.
* key responsibilities:
* lead the overall operation of the accounting service centre with vision and direction.
* represent accounting services with key stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships and open communication.
* motivate and develop a passionate team to deliver operational excellence and drive change.
* provide accurate financial information, highlighting key trends and deviations.
* design and implement internal control procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
* drive financial performance by maintaining kpis on target, including overdue payments and cash flow forecasts.
* collaborate cross-functionally with other financial areas to achieve business objectives.
qualifications and skills
* technical requirements:
* proficiency in sap fi/co and experience with reporting and data analysis software (dashboards).
* strong analytical mindset and fluency in english.
* good command of excel, databases, and reporting tools.
