- develop and implement hr strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- provide leadership and guidance to the hr team, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
- lead recruitment efforts for the mexico city region, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- develop and manage performance evaluation processes, providing feedback and coaching to enhance employee performance.
- implement and oversee professional development and training programs.
- ensure compliance with mexican labor laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes and updates.
- implement and enforce hr policies to minimize legal risks and maintain a compliant workforce.
- manage employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
- develop and maintain hr metrics to assess the effectiveness of hr programs.
- provide regular reports to senior management on key hr performance indicators.
*requirements*:
*qualifications*:
- bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
master's degree is a plus.
- proven experience as an hr leader in the hospitality industry, with specific experience in mexico.
- strong knowledge of mexican labor laws and regulations.
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
- fluent in english and spanish (written and spoken).
