Evergreen Permits — Sales + Construction/Architecture Knowledge (Remote)
Hours: 8 am–5 pm PST (Seattle time) | Type: Remote contractor
Pay: $20,000 -$30,000 mx pesos per month(depending on experience)
About us
Evergreen Permits helps contractors, developers, and small architecture teams across the Seattle area navigate residential permitting for remodels, additions, ADUs/DADUs, garages, and similar projects. We produce permit-ready documentation and manage submittals through the approval process, so our clients can stay focused on building.
We're growing fast and looking for a sales-focused person with real architectural or construction knowledge—someone who already understands residential terminology and building concepts, so we don't have to train basics like what an addition is, what HVAC scope means, or how a drawing set is organized.
What You'll Do
* Take qualified calls and explain what we do (not pushy sales calls, just explain what we do)
* Answer inbound calls + return missed calls quickly
* Qualify leads and translate project descriptions into a clear scope
* Send invoices, contracts and final payment requests from clients using a CRM
* Ask the right questions on remodel/addition/ADU projects to identify complexity and next steps
* Manage the CRM (pipeline hygiene, follow-ups, automations, reporting)
* Review web submissions and respond with clarifying questions to confirm the scope
* Coordinate with marketing to improve lead quality over time
* Build SOPs/checklists so the process becomes repeatable as we scale
* Meet regularly with the owner to refine scripts, qualification criteria, and handoffs
Ideal Candidate:
* Near Perfect English (spoken and written) — you'll be on the phone constantly
* Architecture or construction background required (you already know residential terminology and means/methods)
* Comfortable discussing: additions, remodels, ADUs/DADUs, structural touchpoints, and basic MEP concepts (HVAC/plumbing/electrical)
* Ability to work Seattle business hours: 8am–5pm PST / 9am-6pm CST
* Highly organized, self-directed, and consistent with follow-up
* Comfortable with tools like HubSpot (or similar), Monday, Microsoft Suite, Excel/Word, Zapier/automation
* Kind, professional, and reliable—low ego, high ownership
* Bonus: permitting experience, plan review exposure, CRM implementation, or founder support
