- this is a *remote hvac service manager position.*:
- *english (writing, speak and understand) it's a must for this position.* manages performance and provides training, coaching and performance feedback to technicians.
- *troubleshooting experience*, it's a must to help technicians resolve services calls if needed.
- research for information as needed.
- *hvac experience is needed for this position*.
- experience reading manuals.
- *sufficiently experience on chillers, cooling towers, vfd, chilled water pumps, condensing water pumps, heat pumps, dx units, air cool chiller, water cool chiller, etc.*:
- develop and control project schedules, budgets and activities.
- formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects.
- create and maintain a safe working environment at project work sites.
- *lead and evaluate field managers and other staff.*:
- assume responsibility for the project's people and vendors.
- assess project performance and aim to maximize roi.
- resolve any project scope creep issues and document approved change orders.
- prepare reports for program directors.
- act as a trusted advisor in addressing the customer's business needs.
- forecasts manpower requirements.
- *effectively prioritizes customer calls and advises dispatch accordingly.*:
- ensures customer requirements are followed and calls are completed on a timely basis.
- ensures customer rules are accurately adhered to and approves work orders.
- maintains communication with customers and ensures their expectations are met.
- ensures compliance of service policies and procedures, refrigerant tracking, time, and attendance, etc.

*certifications*:
