Important retail technology company, offering an ai powered b2b platform for shelf management, is looking for an customer success managerrole overview:seeking a results-driven customer success manager (csm) to champion the full client journey—from post-sale implementation to long-term partnership and strategic growth. As the primary advocate for our clients, you will lead pilot and implementation assessments and partner closely with operations to ensure seamless onboarding. You will drive product adoption, track measurable roi against business objectives, and ensure the suite becomes indispensable to our clients' success.key responsibilities:- take full ownership of client task management for the implementation and onboarding to ensure completion efficiently and on time. - develop long-term relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Proactively identify and address client concerns. - track account performance metrics in relation to the business case and requirements and prepare regular reports highlighting successes and areas for improvement. - design and lead training sessions or workshops to ensure users are proficient and the product is deeply embedded in their daily workflows. - act as an internal advocate by distilling client feedback into actionable insights for the product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap. - keep clients informed about new product releases and updates, ensuring they understand how to leverage new functionality to meet their goals.key requirements:- essential proficiency in english and a local native language (spanish). - 3-5 years of proven experience in cs management, implementation support, customer success or sales. - 3-5 years of experience working for fmcg/cpg brands, traditional retailers. - strong understanding of it products and b2b saas, with experience in client onboarding and implementation. - willingness to work and travel to meet regional client needs. - bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.skills required:- excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams. - strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. - customer-focused mindset. - innovative and proactive; capable of doing/moving on their own to get advance projects - productive and agile - eager to learn.compensation:- $2,000 - $2,500 dólares mensuales (pago al estilo honorarios; sin prestaciones de ley) - hybrid scheme with flexible hours - work base is in monterrey, nuevo león
