Your next challenge
what you’ll be doing:
facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Ensure the scrum process is followed and remove any impediments to the team's progress.
Monitor and report on sprint performance metrics.
Collaborate with product owners and development teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Conduct research on agile best practices and emerging trends.
Provide guidance and support to the development team on agile methodologies.

certifications requirements:
certified scrummaster (csm) or equivalent required.
Education requirements:
bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
Work experience requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a scrum master or in an agile environment.
