We are now looking for a marketing project manager to take ownership of projects, ensuring deliverables are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
what you'll do
as a marketing project manager, you will be the bridge between strategy and execution. Your role will focus on:
* project planning & coordination – define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables across marketing initiatives.
* team collaboration – coordinate with designers, copywriters, digital marketers, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
* campaign management – oversee digital campaigns across channels (social media, google ads, email marketing, seo, and content marketing).
* process management – create workflows, assign tasks, track progress, and manage priorities using project management tools.
* quality assurance – review and ensure deliverables meet brand standards and client expectations.
* reporting & optimization – track kpis, prepare performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
* budget oversight – monitor campaign budgets, report variances, and ensure resources are used efficiently.
* stakeholder communication – serve as the point of contact for internal teams and clients, providing updates on project status, risks, and solutions.
requirements
* experience: 3–5 years in marketing project management or digital marketing leadership.
* skills: strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with attention to detail.
* tools: proficiency in project management software (e.g., asana, trello,, jira). Familiarity with crm platforms (zoho preferred).
* marketing knowledge: solid understanding of digital marketing channels (seo, sem, ppc, social media, content, and email marketing).
* analytical mindset: ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make performance-driven recommendations.
* soft skills: proactive, adaptable, problem-solving mindset with leadership qualities.
* language: strong written and verbal communication in english (c1 or higher).
