the business analyst ii will be part of the m3 center of competences, responsible to analyze business issues, define requirements, design computer programs, recommend and lead automated system control implementations and protocols to solve organizational information issues

- interview business process owners and key users, analyze and document business processes and requirements and develop system proposals and functional specifications
- translate diverse business requirements into common functional specifications
- review requests for projects and changes and advice on approval based on, for example, feasibility, compliance with standards, business case, risk, priority.
- participate the implementation of erp & other business systems, advice and support key users
- prepare training material, provide training and support the creation of work instructions
- lead the preparation and execution of software testing
- act as business project manager during smaller projects or changes.
- support the safran is and business project manager.
- involve internal functions and coordinate and verify work performed by external consultants.
- ensure solutions adhere to corporate architecture standards and requirements.
- act as point of contact for business questions and information for system and reporting changes. Advice and support the business in the use of reporting and business intelligence tools.
- anticipate improvements in business processes or reporting
- participate in the definition and maintenance of system and data architecture standards
- support the development of information systems plans
*exigences du poste*:
1. Develop a good knowledge about safran cabin businesses
3. bachelor's degree in management information systems is preferred
4. Overall erp knowledge is required. Knowledge on lawson infor m3 product is a plus.
5. Experience with erp and applications
6. Exposure to ticketing tool like service now is an added advantage.
7. Ability to manage the daily tasks related to the project
8. Daily reporting
9. Does require fluent communication in english
