*responsibilities*:
- run daily expedite reports to determine pulls for fedex to fill stock transfers & back orders for customers/distributors.
- work with customer service team to enter, re-route, and manage back orders to the designated final destinations via the appropriate shipment method.
- create pick sheets and provide to shipping team follow up with tracking reports to verify shipments completed.
- execute the shipping method for critical work orders along with create purchase orders and deliveries.
- support sr.
distribution and sterilizer coordinator
- work with shipping and import/export teams to determine release dates of finished goods to sterilizer.
- track and communicate sterilization status with internal partners and provide eta's when necessary.
- monitor loads aging across the pipeline (manufacturing facility to sterilizer) to ensure all is inside the predetermined lead times.
- track damaged products on shipments from the manufacturing facility to the different sterilizers or post sterilization, to ensure the appropriate rework process occurs.
- close out work orders post sterilization and perform order discrepancies reviews to be able to close them up with in the predefined time.
- schedule and communicate deliveries to sterilizers and coordinate with import-export and carriers.
*education*:
- bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration or related careers.
*work experience*:
- 1-3 years on similar role/function.
