Role overview:
insight global is looking for an operations support specialist to support one of our clients out of mexico city, mx. This role requires the specialist to be onsite 4 days a week.
this position provides day-to-day user support for atlassian products and integrations: troubleshoot permissions, project/space setup, onboarding/offboarding, and escalations from developer and business teams.

* provide technical assistance and support for users utilizing atlassian tools and software
* ensure seamless integration and functionality of atlassian products
* troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

requirements
* 5+ years of experience with experience using atlassian jira cloud
* experience using a ticketing/itsm system
* practical scripting or automation experience
