Role Overview:
Insight Global is looking for an Operations Support Specialist to support one of our clients out of Mexico City, MX. This role requires the specialist to be onsite 4 days a week.
This position provides day-to-day user support for Atlassian products and integrations: troubleshoot permissions, project/space setup, onboarding/offboarding, and escalations from developer and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for users utilizing Atlassian tools and software
- Ensure seamless integration and functionality of Atlassian products
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with experience using Atlassian Jira Cloud
- Experience using a ticketing/ITSM system
- Practical scripting or automation experience
