your role and responsibilities
as an sap ssff (onboarding 2.0) consultant, you will lead end‑to‑end implementations, working closely with clients to design and configure seamless onboarding experiences. You will translate business requirements into scalable system solutions, ensuring compliance, automation, and integration across the successfactors landscape. This role requires both strong functional expertise and the ability to partner with stakeholders to deliver a smooth and engaging new hire journey.
* lead workshops, solution design, and full‑cycle implementations.
* configure and integrate onboarding 2.0 within the broader successfactors ecosystem.
* ensure compliance, reporting accuracy, and optimal user experience.
preferred education
bachelor's degree
required technical and professional expertise
* active onboarding 2.0 certification with at least one end‑to‑end implementation experience.
* strong understanding of the full onboarding lifecycle (pre, onboarding, post) and ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
* hands‑on experience configuring data models (mdf/custom fields), forms, panels, business rules, workflows, and rbps.
* experience integrating onboarding 2.0 with employee central and recruiting management.
* knowledge of compliance configuration (e.g., i‑9, tax forms) and data privacy/audit requirements.
* ability to build and leverage reports and dashboards (standard and custom).
preferred technical and professional experience
* experience in system testing (unit, integration, uat) and troubleshooting during implementation and post‑go‑live.
* go‑live & hyper‑care support experience, including end‑user training and change management.
* familiarity with successfactors release management and continuous improvement best practices.
* strong client‑facing communication skills and stakeholder management.
* ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams on integrations or complex enhancements.
