job summary:
we are looking for a results-driven and strategic ir channel sales manager with proven experience in the mobile phone industry, to lead and grow our indirect retail (ir) channel. This role will be responsible for managing master distributors (mds), achieving channel sales targets, and developing strong relationships with key retail chains.
key responsibilities:
* develop and manage relationships with master distributors (mds) in the ir channel, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing coverage.
* achieve channel distribution targets, including sell-in (st) and sell-out (so) goals.
* expand ir channel coverage by increasing the number of retail points and strengthening market penetration.
* define and implement channel policies and pricing strategies, ensuring alignment across all distribution levels.
* manage and grow key accounts within the ir channel, including major retail chains such as coppel, liverpool, elektra, and others.
* ensure effective sell-in, sell-out, and inventory management, maintaining optimal stock levels and turnover.
* analyze market trends and sales data to identify growth opportunities and recommend actions.
* collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to support channel performance.
qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
* minimum 3-5 years of experience in the mobile phone industry, with a strong background in channel sales.
* proven experience as a key account manager (kam), managing top retail accounts such as coppel, liverpool, and similar.
* strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* fluent english is a must.
