We are looking for an office manager to ensure our monterrey office runs with precision, discipline and excellence
this role is instrumental in ensuring that our office operates with the highest levels of efficiency, discipline and alignment, enabling our legal teams to focus on delivering outstanding client service.
about the role
you will be responsible for overseeing the full scope of office operations, ensuring seamless execution across:
* financial administration and budget control
* accounting coordination (billing, payables, reconciliations)
* facilities, vendors and office services management
* local execution of talent processes
* coordination with it to ensure operational continuity
* compliance with internal policies and governance standards
* you will also act as the local point of execution for firmwide initiatives across: finance, talent, it, business development
* additionally, you will support the implementation of local marketing and business development initiatives, including client-facing activities and events.

qualifications
* 8+ years of experience in office management, operations or administrative leadership roles

* solid understanding of financial administration and budget control
* experience coordinating cross-functional processes (talent, finance, it, vendors)
* familiarity with administrative systems (genius is a plus)
* advanced organizational and coordination skills
