*role objectives*:
- develop and implement brand and retail strategies supporting objectives for the moose brands direct to retail portfolio in the mexican market including leading marketing and promotional programs, brand and product life cycle management and agency and key stakeholder relationships.
- role also supports international division, collaborating with select global distribution partners in mexico, to implement cohesive and globally aligned brand programs.
*qualifications*:
- a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a brand management or similar role.
- at least 2 years’ experience at brand manager level or above.
- must hold relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field e.g. Bachelor of marketing.
- experience or knowledge of the toy industry and consumer marketing to children would be highly regarded.
- ability to speak spanish highly regarded.

- collaborate with svp, head of latam, asia, and emerging markets and vp, head of latam to set and meet yearly financial and growth goals for dtr and distribution markets, in line with company objectives.
- aligning to market objectives and collaborating with the mexican sales team create of distribution and launch strategy for dtr brands, including ranging, retailer launch strategy and promotional opportunities.
- adept in monthly forecasting and inventory review, tracking performance, and impact to marketing campaigns.
- strong financial acumen, including managing budgets, financial reporting and analysis, price modelling, tlp/p&ls ownership, negotiation.
- using local trends or data intelligence, provide insights shaping market decision making, brand development, marketing or retail strategies.
- team spokesperson for communication to internal stakeholders regarding dtr market updates, seasonal plans, assets and resourcing requirements to relevant functional and global teams.
- coordinate and oversee all external facing sales and marketing material required for use at all mexican industry, retail and marketing events.

- ownership and monthly reporting accountability for mexican marketing budget, delivering on key metrics assigned during annual budgeting process.
- develop and drive marketing strategy including brand objectives, tactics, planning, pricing, promotional requirements for dtr brands in the mexican market.
- proficient in retail marketing, demonstrating partnership with sales team, to deliver pos/pop, custom marketing campaigns, and online executions
- experience developing and maintaining digital and social campaigns and understands regulations for marketing across emerging social platforms.
- collaborating with us team and agency, deliver tailored pr campaign engaging all relevant media outlets including influencers.
- working cross-functionally, drive mexican and select global market’s dotcom sales through consistent global brand presence and proven tactics
- collaborating with sales team, present marketing plans and new toy ranges to retail buyers.
- collaborating with internal team and select global distributors, deliver seasonal brand campaigns for moose evergreen brands.
- lead market specific product development requests that deliver on annual financial goals or address gaps in the retail landscape in mexico.
- contribute back to global strategy to ensure mexican market requirements are considered at all key milestones.
- conduct post analysis of key activities and campaigns and communicate results for improvements of future programs.
