Basic technical skills in python and sql are desirable for integrations and reporting support.key responsibilitiesmanage and optimize hubspot as the primary crm platform.design and implement automation workflows for sales and marketing processes.build custom dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.analyze commercial data and support strategic initiatives.collaborate with sales, marketing, and bi teams to improve automation and crm usage.support basic integrations or scripts using python and/or sql when needed.experience in training new users and existing users to enhance crm data entry.requirements6+ years of hands-on experience with crm platforms (hubspot, salesforce, microsoft dynamics,oracle,zoho, or similar).experience implementing or supporting sales and/or marketing strategies (linkedin campaigns or social media similars, fidelity programs, churn, remarketing or others) .basic to intermediate knowledge of python or sql for data tasks or automations.strong skills in building reports or dashboards in hubspot or similar tools (power bi, looker, tableau).experience in data cleaning, alerts,workflows to ensure business acumen.analytical mindset and result-oriented approach.intermediate to advanced english proficiency.nice to haveexperience integrating hubspot with third-party tools (gmail, quickbooks,kixie, etc.).experience in b2b business models and consultative sales.experience with teamwork or similar tools
