what you'll do
* own a portfolio of smb accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving retention.
* identify and close incremental business opportunities through upsells, cross-sells, and seat expansions.
* conduct virtual meetings, product activation sessions, and business reviews to maximize customer value.
* develop and maintain detailed account plans to identify new growth opportunities.
* work cross-functionally with customer success, sales, marketing, and product teams to align on customer needs.
* build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption and long-term success.
* maintain a high level of organization and ensure customer concerns are resolved efficiently.
* stay ahead of industry trends and sales technology to provide expert guidance to customers.
what you bring
* 1+ years of experience in b2b saas sales, preferably in a product-led growth environment.
* proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and expansion targets on a monthly or quarterly basis.
* experience building a 3x pipeline coverage through inbound and outbound strategies.
* a customer-first approach with the ability to balance customer success with business objectives.
* strong aptitude for understanding and explaining product capabilities to drive adoption.
* excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* a highly adaptable mindset comfortable navigating fast-changing environments and new processes.
