our client is a dynamic force in k-12 education, delivering cutting-edge communication and engagement solutions that empower schools to create and manage content, fostering stronger connections between educators, parents, and students. The platform enhances communication across digital channels, driving community engagement and enriching the educational experience.
in collaboration with our client in the education tech domain, we manage platform pod, the primary production management system. This project orchestrates releases for other pods and develops a comprehensive ecosystem of marketing and communication tools designed to enhance school operations across the us.
responsibilities
* define and execute product strategies that align with company objectives and user needs
* collaborate with stakeholders to develop a strategic product roadmap and define an mvp vision
* monitor the market, analyze trends, evaluate competitors, and position products for distinct advantages
* conduct workshops and user interviews to identify pain points, collect insights, and prioritize solutions
* shape the value proposition, write business and functional requirements, and plan product development
* facilitate solution design and critical trade-off decisions with engineering teams and architects
* actively collect and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and next steps
qualifications
* proficient in the product management body of knowledge, including metrics and prioritization techniques
* skilled in persona analysis techniques
* experience in the edtech industry with curiosity for its growth and impact
* awareness of ai projects and their limitations within the edtech industry
* ability to troubleshoot cross-functional dependencies
* willingness to facilitate scrum ceremonies effectively
* strong communication and analytical skills to manage change management processes
* experience as a triage expert for requests from the customer experience team (bugs and improvements)
* interest in edtech developments (nice to have)
