Overview you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational leadership within the organization. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team, foster collaborative relationships, and drive the implementation of business strategies to achieve objectives. Qualifications you must have minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar scope role. Lean transformation experience and understanding of lean principles with a proven track record of changing culture and getting results with process simplification. Proven track record of successfully managing site operations. Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve targets. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and employees. We value bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field. Additional certifications or advanced degrees are a plus. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Proven track record of driving operations efficiency, business growth and profitability. Ability to navigate complex business environments and make sound decisions.
