Role overviewadvantagy is seeking a client marketing director to lead marketing initiatives across multiple agency clients and channels. This role combines strong project management with strategic marketing leadership, ensuring campaigns are executed with precision while guiding clients toward measurable business growth. The role will scale from structured campaign oversight to acting as a fractional marketing leader for select clients.key responsibilities develop a deep understanding of each client's business model, goals, and competitive landscape in order to create a marketing plan, roadmaps, and channel priorities. Run marketing strategy workshops with clients to clarify business goals, icps, messaging, and growth priorities. Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned clients, facilitating clear communication, expectations, and accountability. Coordinate and collaborate with channel specialists (seo, paid media, social, creative) to ensure campaigns operate as a unified growth system. Manage campaign execution through structured project management (asana, google drive, microsoft teams) ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met. Maintain a high bar for deliverable quality across internal teams, ensuring work meets advantagy's standards before reaching the client. Establish and track key marketing performance metrics, analyze campaign results across channels, and guide clients and internal teams with data-driven insights and recommendations. Leverage ai tools and workflows to improve operational efficiency, research, content development, reporting, and campaign execution. Contribute to the development and refinement of internal processes, frameworks, and playbooks that scale advantagy's delivery model.required qualifications 6+ years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing strategy roles. Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing including seo, paid media, social, content, and cro. Proven experience managing complex marketing projects or campaigns across multiple stakeholders. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead client discussions confidently. Strong organizational discipline and comfort managing multiple client engagements simultaneously. High attention to detail with a strong instinct for identifying poor quality work or weak execution. Experience running strategic planning sessions or marketing workshops with leadership teams. Proficiency with common project management and collaboration tools comfort using ai tools to accelerate research, ideation, documentation, and marketing execution. Excellent english proficiency (written and spoken)application requirements applicants should submit examples of previous marketing plans and other relevant strategic marketing work.
