as a leading company, we are seeking an experienced talent acquisition specialist to lead our recruitment efforts and build a high-performing team.
this role requires strategic thinking, effective leadership, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling recruitment efforts in the mexico city market, particularly for bpo or customer support roles.
the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet large-scale hiring goals. They will also oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, timeliness, and quality of hires.
key responsibilities:
* talent sourcing and recruitment:
o develop and implement a talent acquisition plan to attract top talent in the mexico city market.
o manage relationships with local recruiters and staffing agencies to source high-quality candidates.
* operational excellence:
o oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of hires.
o implement and manage applicant tracking systems (ats) to monitor recruitment performance.
* team building & development:
o build, train, and manage a high-performing recruitment team.
o provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
* stakeholder collaboration:
o partner with leadership and clients to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
o act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights into market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
* compliance & reporting:
o ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
o track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report results to leadership.
requirements:
* professional fluency in spanish and english.
* 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
* proven success in scaling recruitment efforts in the mexico city market, particularly for bpo or customer support roles.
* strong knowledge of local labor laws, hiring practices, and market trends.
* exceptional leadership and team management skills.
* experience with applicant tracking systems (ats) and data-driven recruitment strategies.
* excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
