Responsibilities
* collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform sales and marketing strategies.
* develop and present actionable insights to stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams, product managers, and senior leadership.
* collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and refine strategies that drive business growth, improve sales performance, and enhance customer engagement.
* develop and track key performance metrics (kpis) to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.
* identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations to optimize sales and marketing operations.
* manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure timely delivery of insights and recommendations.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, statistics, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in business analysis, sales, or marketing, preferably in a data‑driven environment.
* proficiency in data analysis tools such as excel, sql, and data visualization software (tableau, powerbi).
* experience with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
* familiarity with crm systems (e.g., salesforce).
* excellent communication and presentation skills.
* strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
* strong business acumen and understanding of sales and marketing principles.
* fluency in english.
