this opportunity is for a dynamic leader in talent attraction to oversee the development and execution of our comprehensive talent attraction strategy.
1. lead the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy through strategic workforce planning, innovative sourcing methodologies, recruitment process optimization, and continuous expansion of attraction channels.
2. partner with business leaders and hr teams to attract, assess, and secure top talent that aligns with our organizational culture and drives business objectives while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and measurable recruitment outcomes.
* design and implement innovative multi-channel sourcing strategies, build robust talent pipelines, and manage early career and trainee programs.
* lead, develop, and inspire the ta team toward a high-performance culture and drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (dei) initiatives in recruitment.
* establish and monitor ta kpis, analytics, and reporting for data-driven decisions and optimize external recruitment vendor management.
