Manage the crm operation and sap, ensuring data quality and seamless integrations. Analyze core kpis: retention, frequency, engagement, and campaign performance. Partner with marketing, brands, e-commerce, analytics, and retail to align business priorities. Manage relationships with crm agencies, tech partners, and external stakeholders. #solid experience in crm, loyalty, or customer engagement, including at least 1-year leading teams. Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and commercial sensitivity. Experience with google analytics, sap cortex, and salesforce (nice to have). Advanced english — required.
