role purpose

main activities
* give support to local head of er, hr teams, businesses and functions in guidance and delivery of er policies. This includes interaction with senior stakeholders at hsbc group level.
* provide regular updates to local and global boards on key people risks, conduct as well as the definition of taxonomy and action plan focus.
* support technology and process change, driving continuous improvement.
* work closely with union for negotiations and local market support.
* maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* project management of future of work.
* conduct investigations related to hr topics and deliver unbiased outcomes, working under pressure and with international stakeholders.
