As the talent acquisition support coordinator, you will provide administrative operational global support for our talent acquisition (ta) team based in the u.s.we are seeking someone who is highly organized and communicative, has a keen eye for details, works with a heightened sense of urgency, and can consistently meet deadlines.this position reports to the manager, global ta operations and programs.interview coordination: organize and facilitate candidate interviews by managing scheduling and any related logistics for both virtual and onsite interviews.candidate processing & onboarding: prepare offer letters, initiate background checks, review employee records, and coordinate new hire transactions between talent acquisition (ta) and people experience (px) systems.data management: update and maintain confidential candidate, employee, and user information within applicant tracking systems (ats).manage offboarding processes by processing employee terminations and ensuring data accuracy across ta systems and tools.reference checks: conduct professional reference checks by contacting listed referees, ensuring timely and accurate feedback collection, and documenting all communications thoroughly within candidate profiles.internal mobility support: assist with redeployment efforts for employees affected by role changes by partnering with px teams, uploading resumes into the ats, and processing internal movement.cross-functional collaboration: work in partnership with the global talent acquisition team and other departments to provide support and ensure operational excellence across the talent acquisition lifecycle.reporting & analytics: maintain vital weekly and monthly recruitment and ta operational reports to support the ta organization.ad-hoc projects: take additional tasks and special projects to support team goals and continuous improvement initiatives.qualificationsbachelor's degreeminimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience within talent acquisition or human resourceseffective english communication skills, verbal and written, and interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionallyability to adapt, navigate, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with an ability to multi-task and manage shifting prioritiesadept at meeting deadlines to ensure timely completion of assigned tasksproficient with applicant tracking systems; experience with taleo and bullhorn are preferredadvanced proficiency with microsoft applications (excel, word, powerpoint, teams, sharepoint, and outlook)have a high level of professionalism and integrity, particularly regarding confidential informationexperience working with international teams; supporting us-based operations is required#j-*-ljbffr
