manage the execution of the processes of materials planning at the production location. Manage and monitor uses of sap tools for material planning in order to have material on time to fulfill plant production plan according to customer demand.
coordinate materials planning team and responsible to follow up and achieve kpis, logistics cost, turn rate and inventory value. Create critical materials list to anticipate potential shortages on production plan. Review comments for each short material or specific issue for production plan. Follow up inventory performance for raw material according to company goals (turn rate). Avoid obsolescence risk for materials, management of shortages, allocations and other critical supply or delivery situations, escalation. Strategical and positive vision to develop a good performance team and goals achievement, manage/support a team to balance work and calculate the workload to avoid critical work situation. Create a development program for each member of the planning team and evaluate periodically team performance and provide appropriated feedback.
